Privacy Policy

This policy covers Singularity: the web app at app.runsingularity.com, the website at runsingularity.com, and the Singularity app for Android. Singularity is an outbound platform that helps businesses find people who fit their customer profile, start conversations with them, and manage the replies.

1. Information We Collect

• Account information: your name, email address and a hashed password.
• Workspace data: your campaigns, customer profile, notes, pipeline and settings.
• Conversation data: messages sent and received through the social accounts used for your campaigns, and the replies you write in Singularity.
• Prospect data: public information about the people your campaigns reach, such as their username and the public posts or profile details that made them a fit.
• Connected services you choose to link, such as a calendar, and the tokens needed to keep them connected.
• Billing details, handled by our payment processor. We do not store full card numbers.
• Technical data: IP address, device and browser type, and logs of requests to our servers.

2. The Android App

• You sign in with your Singularity email and password. They are sent over HTTPS to our server only, and the app keeps the session cookie the server returns so you stay signed in.
• The app shows your inbox and lets you reply. To open quickly it keeps a copy of your latest inbox list in its private storage on your device. Signing out deletes it, and so does uninstalling the app.
• The app contains no advertising and no third-party analytics or tracking libraries. It does not access your location, contacts, photos, camera or microphone.
• The app only connects to app.runsingularity.com.

3. How We Use Information

• To run your campaigns, deliver your messages and show you the replies
• To draft and classify messages for you to review
• To keep your account secure and the service reliable
• To contact you about your account and service changes
• To improve the product

4. AI Processing

Some features send workspace and conversation data to AI model providers to draft or classify messages. This data is used only to provide the feature you are using. We do not use your data to train AI models, and it is not shared with other customers.

5. Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with:

• Service providers that run the platform for us: hosting, database, email delivery, AI models and payments
• Services you connect yourself
• Members of your team you give access to your workspace
• Authorities, where the law requires it

6. Security

Data is encrypted in transit and at rest. Passwords are stored hashed, and access to production systems is limited to the people who operate the service.

7. Retention and Deletion

We keep your data while your account is open. You can ask us to delete your account and its data at any time; see Delete your account for how. We delete it within 30 days of your request, apart from records we must keep by law, such as invoices.

8. Your Rights

• Access the personal data we hold about you
• Correct it
• Have your data and account deleted
• Disconnect any connected service at any time

9. Cookies

We use essential cookies to keep you signed in and remember your preferences. We do not use advertising or third-party tracking cookies.

10. Children

Singularity is a business service and is not meant for anyone under 18.

11. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. We will post the new version on this page and update the "Last updated" date, and tell you by email about material changes.
