Delete your Singularity account

How to ask

1. Email privacy@bluoriginmedia.com from the address you sign in with.
2. Use the subject "Delete my account".
3. We reply to confirm, then delete the account within 30 days.

If you can no longer use that address, write from another one and tell us the account email; we will check it is yours before deleting anything.

What is deleted

• Your account: name, email and password
• Your campaigns, leads, notes, pipeline and settings
• Your conversations and the replies stored for them
• Tokens for any service you connected

What is kept

Invoices and payment records, for as long as tax law requires. Nothing else is kept once the deletion is done.

Only some of your data

You can also ask us to delete specific data, such as one campaign or its conversations, without closing the account. Email the same address and say what you want removed.

On your phone, signing out of the Android app or uninstalling it removes everything the app stored on the device. See the privacy policy for more.
