What is X outreach, and can I use it?+
It is the same loop you see on this page, pointed at X: find the posts where your buyers describe the problem, write each message from what that person said, send it for you, and bring the replies into the same inbox. It is in beta and open to a small group of select customers while we learn what holds up there. Book a demo and tell us you want in; existing customers can ask us directly.
Do I need my own Reddit account?+
No. We provide the Reddit accounts your messages go out from, so you can start without one. If you would rather send under your own name, you can connect your own account instead.
Is it safe for my accounts?+
Nothing here does anything you could not do by hand — a real browser, real clicks, a daily cap, and gaps between sends. When Reddit pushes back on an account we stop that account rather than retrying into a wall, and weekly canary DMs tell us whether your messages are still landing in people’s inboxes at all. No tool can promise you a clean record on someone else’s platform, and anyone who does is guessing.
How many DMs a day is safe?+
We keep each sending account to a modest daily cap and pace sends across the day, the way a person would. Volume is not the lever anyway: a small number of DMs written from what someone actually posted beats a blast of blind ones, and costs you far less goodwill.
Who writes the messages?+
You set the shape and the offer; each message is drafted from the specific post it is going to. You can approve every one before it sends, approve a batch, or let a campaign run once you trust the drafts. Most people start on approve-each and stop within a week.
What happens when someone replies?+
It arrives in your inbox within about a minute, tagged by intent, with a follow-up drafted from the thread and a deal opened on the pipeline board. You can send the suggestion, edit it, or write your own.
Which subreddits do you cover?+
